Product Information

Olivia Bea Designs takes great care in ensuring that all details, prices and product descriptions are correct and current whether on our website or provided otherwise.

Damage in Transit

Items are insured for delivery. However, any transitory damage to the goods and items may be either rejected on delivery, or Olivia Bea Designs must be notified immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence of damage. It is essential that all packaging is retained to provide proof of damage for subsequent claim against the carrier.

Delivery & Shipping

All goods are shipped via appropriate services such as Royal Mail and DPD delivery. Shipping prices are as per the published tariff at the time of postage.
