Returns Policy

We are determined to give a positive experience to all our customers and as such are happy to spend time discussing their requirements. We want you to enjoy wearing your exclusive item(s).

 

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we take great care in their development and creation. We also place great value in our customers choices.  

 

If you find a fault in your bespoke garment or accessory we are happy to have it returned to rectify the fault before it is worn to an event. This must be within 5 working days of receiving the item(s). This gives us time to rectify any fault before an event. Please photograph any fault found and contact jane@oliviabeadesigns.com to discuss the nature of the problem before returning any product. We are more than happy to help.

Totally Bespoke Items Damage in Transit.

If your item(s) are damaged in transit to you, please photograph the item(s) and packaging and notify jane@oliviabeadesigns.com the same day. We will do our best to replace your order as quickly as possible ready for your special occasion. See Terms & Conditions.

Items Purchased that are Not Bespoke

 

Should you wish to return your item(s) please do so within 7 days for a full refund, or 14 days for a credit note or replacement.

Sale Return Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any sale items unless faulty.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
