We send items using DPD and Royal Mail charges are subject to size and weight of items ordered please refer directly to the studio for charges.
Returns Policy

We are determined to give a positive experience to all our customers and as such are happy to spend time discussing their requirements. We want you to enjoy wearing your exclusive item(s).

 

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we take great care in their development and creation whilst working alongside customers every step of the way, allowing for changes of colour and style to suit their requirements. We also place great value in our customers choices.  

 

If you find a fault with your bespoke item on receipt, please photograph and contact support@oliviabeadesigns.com or the studio directly to discuss the nature of the problem before returning any product.The item(s) must be unworn and must be within 7 working days.  We are happy to have items returned to rectify any agreed fault before it is worn to an event.  before an event. 

Bespoke Items - Further Information

We trust you will be pleased with your purchase(s) from Olivia Bea Designs. Should you need to return item(s) please follow the procedure set out above.

 

Bespoke and Other Items Damage in Transit 

​If your item(s) are damaged in transit to you, please photograph the packaging and items damaged and notify support@oliviabeadesigns.com or contact the studio directly the same day. We will do our best to replace your order as quickly as possible ready for your special occasion. See Terms & Conditions.

Items Purchased that are Not Bespoke

Should you wish to return your item(s) they should be totally unworn and in the same packaging within 7 days for a full refund, or 14 days for a credit note or replacement.

Sale Return Policy

​Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any sale items. Millinery items will be fitted for you before despatch.
